Orders from the Instant Pot website usually arrive within 3 to 7 business days by courier. Australian orders are sent from our Australian warehouse, and New Zealand orders from our New Zealand warehouse. Rural and remote areas can take longer. The delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

New Zealand

• We deliver within New Zealand only, from our New Zealand warehouse.
• Orders are sent Authority to Leave, so the courier can leave your parcel at your address without a signature.

We don't deliver overseas, and we can't send an order from one country to the other.

Rural and remote addresses

Delivery to rural or remote areas can take longer and may cost more. If extra delivery charges apply, we'll let you know before your order is sent.
